All participants must be preregistered by May 10, 2024. There will be no registration after that date or at the Festival. Please note that the maximum number of people at the Saturday night dinner is 350.

The rates are for one person in a Premium 2-bedroom Unit with breakfast (plus HST and 3% DMF). For each additional person add $14.50 per person (plus HST) per night.

Please make sure to select the Volkssport Walking Festival 2024 rate. If you do not select this rate, you will be in a different building and breakfast will not be included.
Please note only credit and debit cards are accepted.
Premium room details:
Newly built 2-bedroom units with a private washroom, with privacy locks to each room. Each bedroom has one extra-long double
bed with duvet linens, desk & chair, wardrobe, mini-fridge, and flat-screen television with cable.
Rooms are temperature-controlled with Wi-Fi throughout. Access to common rooms with full kitchen and seating lounge on each
floor. Cookware, utensils, and tableware are not provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own if they wish to cook.
Parking is free from 5 pm Friday through 7 am Monday. Otherwise, parking is $3 per hour, with a daily maximum of $10. Parking
is paid for and managed through the HONK mobile App.
Breakfast includes vegetarian and gluten-free options. Sample menus can be found here:
